The Boxmasters es una banda estadounidense de rock and roll del sur de California, formada por Billy Bob Thornton y J.D. Andrew en 2006. Conocidos por un sonido “modbilly” que mezcla pop de la British Invasion de los años 60, rock and roll, country, rockabilly, Americana y raíces estilo Bakersfield, la banda toma influencias de The Beatles, The Byrds, The Beach Boys, Big Star, John Prine, Kris Kristofferson y The Allman Brothers. Su catálogo incluye álbumes como The Boxmasters, Somewhere Down the Road, Speck, Light Rays, Help… I’m Alive, Love & Hate in Desperate Places, Pepper Tree Hill, y canciones como “Cloud Nine,” “Fall Into Me,” “Light a Candle” y “Don’t Count the Days.”
